SAWYER Robot
Sawyer is a collaborative robot model, which has a screen and an integrated COGNEX camera at the end of the manipulator.
The screen allows a much friendlier and safer interaction with the staff working next to it, since seeing the different positions of the eyes or the gestures it makes allows to know if it is performing a task or waiting for new orders, being widely configurable, for example, to present production data.
The COGNEX camera allows the reorientation and repositioning of the manipulator in front of the system, extending its working range. This robot has many applications due to its precision and load capacity, such as Pick & Place, plastic injection and moulding, PCB manufacturing, Testing & Quality Inspection, metal stamping, CNC machine handling and Packaging.


Features
All the programming of the robot can be carried out using the interface of Intera 5, a revamped interface that allows the system to be visualised by means of a decision tree.
